Drives business performance through aggressive project governance process and one who possess resolute determination and passion, resulting in delivering critical projects being on time and within budget. A natural people leader who has insightful cross-culture exposure while working with geographically diversified and multi-functional teams; identifying mutual goals and inspires others to achieve shared goals.
I was born and raised in Mombasa, Kenya. Brought up in a culture where education for women was not a priority I had to overcome the obstacles thrown my way and with the support of my mother who raised me as a single mother, I became the first girl in my entire family to pursue higher studies. I was awarded 'Academic Excellence Scholarship' to study Finance & Banking at UAE University 'the top University' in UAE and graduated with a GPA of 3.97.
Having grown from supporting project managers to managing small enterprise projects to large enterprise digital projects in a span of 5 years I have gathered my learnings through out the years hoping to help people grow in their careers and inspire others through my weekly motivational posts.
