I am a loving husband, doting father of four, and an endurance athlete always up for a good challenge.
I'm a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach, attaining certification through NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition. I am also a Registered Health and Nutrition Counselor™ through the Health Coach Alliance. In July of 2020, I earned an MBA Degree within the Global Leadership stream through the University of Fredericton. In 2004, I earned a BSc, Honours Kinesiology Co-op Degree with a minor in Management Studies from the University of Waterloo. I am a Canadian Registered Safety Professional and have had the honor to share as a speaker at several conferences including the Applied Ergonomics conference, The Partners in Prevention Health & Safety Conference and the National Safety Council Congress and Expo.
