Bruce is a Partner in the Coupa practice at CrossCountry Consulting. As a leader in the practice, I am responsible for setting the strategy and enabling our team to help our clients capture value with the usage of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics and analytics in the Sourcing & Procurement space.
Prior to joining CrossCountry Consulting, I led the Digital Procurement practice at Deloitte and was a founding member of both Deloitte’s SAP Ariba practice and Coupa practice and grew both practices via active collaboration with both software companies through our alliances and co-development efforts.
