Starting a new job can be nerve wracking especially for youth that may have never previously worked in a corporate environment before.

You'll want to make sure you fit in, understand expectations as well as reflect and learn.
You can fit in but understanding office norms. When people get in, lunch time, break times, and any other conventions for the office.
You can understand expectations by having a meeting with your manager and ideally setting up 1-on-1 meetings to make sure you stay aligned.
You should also spend some time to reflect on what you've done well and what you can do better. Then make sure you plan time to do both!
